McCormick Rankin Corporation, a member of the MMM Group Ltd., is seeking an Intermediate Inspector for Municipal Contracts in our Kitchener office. 

Specific duties will include:

• Preparation and review of engineering designs
• Quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• Review of contractor work schedules and adherence to contract specifications
• On-site project supervision, quality assurance, surveying and production and maintenance of as-built drawings

Our ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starting individual with experience in municipal engineering, specifically:

• 2 – 5 years of on-site inspection experience in municipal contract services
• Experience with AutoCAD is an asset
• Knowledge of the Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS) is an asset
• Experience in the province of Ontario is an asset
