IE - M0375 - Landscape Architect Project Manager

Position Description

Ecoplans Kitchener Landscape Architectural team is looking for an experienced project manager to manage projects ranging in a variety of project types but focused primarily on urban streetscape, ecological restoration and municipal/regional streetscapes and MTO projects. The project managers should be able to take the project from the proposal stage to detailed design and tender documents, on their own with the assistance of junior staff. Assisting the team with marketing efforts will be part of the position requirements.

Requirements

· Currently holding a BLA or MLA from an accredited university and full stamped member of the OALA;

· Proficient with 2D AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;

· Experience preparing design and working drawings;

· Knowledge of current construction practices;

· Excellent organization and communication skills;

· Experience with organizing drawings and file management; and

· Class G driver’s license in good standing with own vehicle to use on corporate business.

· Experience with MTO projects an asset;

· Must be able to work well in a team environment;
